Tadej Pogačar has introduced a new prototype time trial bike, the Colnago TT2, at the Tour de Romandie. This next-generation machine is designed to be significantly lighter than its predecessor, the TT1, while also offering aerodynamic enhancements. Colnago reports a 550-gram weight saving and a two-watt improvement at 50 km/h.

The TT2's development prioritizes performance across diverse race conditions, including mountain time trials, where Pogačar has previously shown a preference for lighter road bikes. Equipped with top-tier components, the bike signifies Colnago's commitment to pushing the boundaries of time trial technology. The production version is expected to be available from September.
