The 23rd annual CelebrAsian festival is set to return this weekend, boasting a record 70 food vendors and launching the LegaSEA 50 initiative. This project aims to create a refugee memorial through tree planting and spirit houses, funded by the local community. The festival, held at Western Gateway Park, will also feature live music, including a Bruno Mars tribute band, and performances by the Asian Queens. Organizers are focused on community support for the memorial, ensuring it reflects the contributions of local refugee families.
