The CIAC specifically pointed to the use of language and imagery that mirrored those found in right-wing extremist subcultures, including lyrics from songs popular among white nationalists and the adoption of memes like "Moon Man." These elements, the bulletin argued, could be interpreted by violent extremists as an endorsement or even an invitation to join federal agencies.
